Diamond Lake Resort has grown from a modest fishing lodge built in the 1920's to a full service, year round, family Resort. It is a favorite for hiking, Mt. biking, horseback riding, fishing, camping, visiting Crater Lake National Park, touring the Rogue~Umpqua Scenic Byway, family reunions, and just relaxing.

We offer 91 guest lodging facilities. 38 motel rooms, one deluxe Jacuzzi suite,10 housekeeping studios, and 42 two bedroom guest cabins. Motels accommodate one to four guests; deluxe Jacuzzi Suite: two guests; studios: two guests; and our guest cabins accommodate six guests.




Summer activities include trout fishing, mountain biking, swimming, water sports, boating, camping, and horseback riding.






Winter bring a sparkling wonderland to Diamond Lake. Snowmobiling, Cat Ski Mt. Bailey, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and our most popular winter pass time sliding on our tubing hill with up-hill tow.



Snowmobiling is hugely popular at Diamond Lake. 300 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, and thousands of acres of National Forest playgrounds, are rated as the "Best in the West" by Snowest Magazine.

Dining
We have a cafe that is open year round. Our American menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner at family pricing. Our Mt Thielsen Dining room is open daily from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. During the winter the Thielsen Room is open on weekends and holidays. The menu features Prime Rib, Steaks, Sea Food, Chicken, and vegetarian entrees. We have a excellent selection of wines to compliment your meal. The South Shore Pizza Parlor is three miles south of the main resort complex and is open daily from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. During the winter the Pizza Parlor is only accessable by snowmobile, ATV, cross country skis, or by the resort snow-cat pizza shuttle.

How to get to Us

We are located just 5 miles north of Crater Lake National Park on highway 138.
79 miles east of Roseburg on highway 138; 85 miles north of Medford by highways 62 and 230; 85 miles north and west of Klamath Falls via highways 97 and 138 west; and 100 miles south of Bend using highway 97 south and 138 west.
All highways leading to Diamond Lake are well plowed and sanded for winter travel.
