Summer Reservation and Deposit Policy		Summer lodging reservations are contracts for lodging only and do not guarantee good weather of other conditions affecting the quality or availability of recreational activities.  To guarantee our advance reservations we must receive your deposit no later than March 1st.   Reservations made after March 1st require the first night's rent as deposit within ten days of making the reservation.  Reservations without deposits will be cancelled.  Cancellations are accepted up to ten days prior to the reservation date with a $10.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations without ten days notice forfeit all deposits.
Winter Reservation and Deposit Policy		Winter lodging reservations are contracts for lodging only and do not guarantee good weather of other conditions affecting the quality or availability of recreational activities.  To guarantee our advance reservations we must receive your deposit no later than October 1st.   Reservations made after October 1st require the first night's rent as deposit within ten days of making the reservation.  Reservations without deposits will be cancelled.  Cancellations are accepted up to ten days prior to the reservation date with a $10.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations without ten days notice forfeit all deposits.
