 2012 Seniors Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Program

Pre-Registration Form

 We are looking forward to our 2012 Seniors Program February 6th through February 9th.  You can print this registration form, fill it out, and mail to the address shown above to make your advance reservations.  You do not send a deposit now.  We will mail out deposit requests at the start of Winter season.  When paid your deposit will cover the first night's rent for your lodging unit and a per person $175.00 program fee.  The program fee pays for four buffet dinners, one pizza lunch, one hor d' oeuvres service, cross country ski and snowshoe lessons, entry fee at the inner tubing hill for a scheduled event, all scheduled Senior's Week activities, and 1/2 price rentals of cross country ski gear, snowmobiles, and guided snowmobile tours.

Lodging rates for the 2012 Seniors Program are:  (we are not raising our rates !)

  1. Motel Rooms ... $59.00 per room, per night

  2. Studio Housekeeping ... $69.00 per studio, per night

  3. Two Bear Creek Cabins ... $139.00 per cabin, per night

  4. North Lakefront Double Decker Cabins ... $139.00 per cabin, per night

  5. Marina View Cabins ... $179.00 per cabin, per night

  6. Fireside Cabins ... $179.00 per cabin, per night

  7. Cabin # 23 ... $249.00  (2 bedrooms) per cabin, per night

  8. Cabin # 37 ... $399.00  (4 bedrooms with two bathrooms) per cabin, per night

  9. Motel rooms A-1 through A-10 have one queen bed and a fold down couch.  A-1, A-2, & A-3 are ADA Compliant.  All other motel rooms are set up for one or two guests with one queen bed and one double bed.  Studio units are also set up to sleep up to 2 guests.  Cabins can sleep up to 6 guests with a queen  bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a fold down couch or roll-a-way, in the living room.

Our Seniors Program is a four day program.  Reservations for less than four days can not be accepted.
