- ADA accessible for up to 12 guests, with two queen bedrooms, two bedrooms with a twin bed and a double/bunk bed; fold down futons in the living room (bed linens, pillows and blankets provided).

- Two bathrooms: One with a tub and a shower, the other with a roll-in shower.

- Full kitchen with range, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, coffee maker and toaster. Cooking and service ware provided for 12 guests.

- Living room with large Television DVD player and wood burning heat stove.

- Electric heat.
