- Two bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom and a futon in the living room (bed linens, pillows and blankets are provided).

- Kitchen with range, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.

- Electric heat, wood burning stove and television.
